Why I want to help raise money for heart and stroke

This past year, we lost my nan to a stroke. Not long after, I was diagnosed with post-stroke epilepsy.

In her memory—and to keep moving forward—I’ll be walking 1 km every day this May (dragging Brody along too, he just doesn’t know it yet..
