Mainly because I’m officially at the age where this counts as a workout. 😁

Day 5 - 4.75 km of Pickle Ball

Wednesday 6th May
Day 5 update 👟🐕
The day started early for me, which was at 9am, with 2 hours of pickleball (apparently that counts 😁) and finished with 4.75 km in between the lines and the kitchen. 
My team captain Tilly lead the way in the early afternoon, dragging me for another 2 km around the block.
Big shoutout to my buddy Chris Thomas for being the first to donate 🙌

Plenty of room for more of you to jump in…hint...hint.

Day 4 - 18 more ⛳️🏌‍♂️

Monday 4th May
Day 4 update: another 18 hole day 👟⛳
Commitment: 1 km
Actual: 14 km… again

At this point, I’m “walking for @heartandstroke while I chase my @titleist down the fairway.

Highlights from the day:
• Didn't loose a ball
• Couldn't hit a green
• Didn't make a putt

Status check:
• Legs: tired after back to back 14km days
• Swing: needed help
• Commitment: still strong for the next 27 days

Day 3 - 14 km's - 18 holes ⛳️

Monday 4th May
Day 3 update: fun day on the course 👟⛳

18 holes = 14 km

Turns out chasing a small white ball for 4 hours really adds up. Who knew?

Feeling: good at the 19th hole.

Better news—Day 3 is DONE (and then some).
Bad news—you’re definitely getting your money’s worth now 😁

Day 2 update: I am still alive. 👟

Another 1 km in the books again today.
Morale: decent
Knees: in great shape
Pace today: somewhere between “casual stroll” and “let's run”. That's what you get on a dog walk.

Day 1 is in the books

Monday 4th May
We're off and walking - Day 1 of 31 is complete.

Lots of stops - lots of sniffs 🐕🐶 and a little exercise in our 1 km walk - so we can raise money for @heartandstroke research and programs.

Personally, I’m trying to break a family tradition. Not the good kind.
