I've created this page in memory of my dziadek ❤️
I wanted to honour and celebrate dziadek's memory. ❤️
My sons and I are walking to remember and raise money for the Heart and Stroke foundation. My grandfather had congestive heart failure. I would love to help aid in awareness and research with heart and stroke to help others in the future. - Yolanda
