Wednesday 9th Sep “The human body is stronger than you think” my late Dad Charles would often say.“Take care of yourself while you are young” my late Grandmother would say.
It all starts with a walk to begin a good journey to health.
Prayers at sunrise was a Grandmother's role. She would pray for everything and anything.
The day my late Dad made his journey I watched the sun rise. The same sun rays that gave him his last sunrise.
Sunrise is a good way to honour him. Not the suffering of illness. But the legacy and memories he left with me.
