Heart disease has impacted my family for generations, and last year, I also was diagnosed with Heart Disease, stage 1. This challenge is important to me because due to technology, I was diagnosed early when many people are diagnosed later stage. I want to take better care of my heart, and want to use this platform for motivation and also for awareness of the various types of diseases of the heart that exist.
