I am raising funds for Heart & Stroke in memory of my dear friend’s husband, whose sudden and unexpected passing has deeply saddened all of us who knew him.
He was someone who showed up with positivity, determination, and a willingness to take on any challenge. We shared many pickleball games together, and most recently participated in a pickleball fundraiser where he, of course, brought his “A” game. That spirit, his energy, and his kindness left a lasting impression.
It felt only fitting to give back by honouring who he was, raising awareness, and supporting a cause that works to prevent others from experiencing such heartbreaking loss.
