This May, I’m committing to walking 1 km every day in support of the —because every step can help save a life.
Heart disease and stroke affect so many families, friends, and loved ones. Whether directly or indirectly, most of us know someone whose life has been touched by these challenges. This cause is personal, and I want to do my part to help create healthier futures for everyone.
For 31 days, I’ll be walking 1 kilometre each day as a reminder that small, consistent actions can create meaningful change. More importantly, I’m using this journey to help raise awareness and funds for research, prevention, recovery programs, and life-saving support provided by the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
I’m asking for your support.
