Heart disease has touched my family in a very real way—my dad had his heart attack in his 50s, and other relatives have faced heart attacks and surgeries. I experienced my first heart attack in 2022, and my second in April 2025.

I’m incredibly grateful to be here and to be receiving such great care. It’s given me a deeper appreciation for every single day.
