I wanted to honour and celebrate their memory by raising money for Heart & Stroke.

As I reflect on why this is important to me: 2009 my dad survived a heart attack and then in 2023(or 24) he had a heart surgery. He is still with us and for that I am grateful. This is what I can do to raise funds to go towards further research, as well as raise awareness of the importance to keep moving to protect your heart.
