I’m starting a 1KM-a-day challenge in support of the Heart & Stroke Foundation. ❤️

Heart disease isn’t just something I hear about — it’s personal. I lost my biological father to a heart attack, and now I’m facing some heart concerns of my own.

This challenge is my way of taking a step forward, raising awareness, and hopefully helping others who are going through the same thing.
