Walk 50km in February

Those of you who know me, know that I've worked pretty hard to champion my health to prevent any adverse effects from carrying around a bit extra. 

Heart and Stroke is a big deal to me because it has impacted my family. My nan had a stroke in 2000 and many in my family are treated for High Blood Pressure. This summer, my mom had a TIA and it terrified my sister and I. She is doing okay but I want to model that good health can be simple: keep your diet clean and whole foods (not processed) and a short walk every day can do wonders.

50 kms in February will keep me at an average of 2 km per day and hopefully motivate me to keep moving for my health while helping model good health habits to those I love the most. 

There are many things to give to these days. If you want to throw $5 at me, that would be excellent. If 40 people gave me $5, that would easily hit my goal.

When I complete the mission, I'll add another donation as well.
