Thursday 2nd Apr
Walked in Sprinter today!  A combination day of Spring and Winter   Started the day by shovelling the heavy wet snow and thoughts of heart attacks entered my mind. My kind neighbour Jordan gave me the tip to not throw the snow just push it !  Kindness was the word I walked with
As I started my walk I found an elderly man shovelling his walk way. I saw an extra shovel leaning  against  his house and offered to help. 
That was kind of
I enjoy receiving acts of kindness like my neighbour Jordan helping to shovel my walk and I enjoy giving acts of kindness like helping to shovel another neighbour’s walk. As I walked I also appreciated the geese stepping g to the side of the river path to allow me to walk by. That was kind of them.   I  wonder what more kindness I will see today.?
