3 1/2 years ago I had to have ECG before I had my gallbladder out. If that was never done, I would’ve never known I had heart failure.  I just kept passing it off as heartbreak or costochondritis which is something I do suffer  From, Instead of going to get checked out. 
I also have a left button of branch block with a leaky valve. 
I’m on medication for the rest of my life, but I’m grateful that I’m well taken care of by The amazing intensivist at STEGH. 
Please educate yourself.
Understand the difference between symptoms and men and women. 
Take care of your  heart.
