Walking 50km for Heart Health

A few years ago I started going on daily walks in Vancouver. I want to say it's so that I could get photos to share on my channels, or to spend time with my friend (both good reasons) but the main motivation was my health. In particular, my heart health.

I have been on a wellness journey for a few years now and one component of that is managing my very high blood pressure. Heart attacks were the cause of death for both of my maternal grandparents as well. 

I'm dedicating all of my daily walks between now and the end of February to them. I'd like to raise funds to support the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, which does great work.

Every donation, big or small, brings me one step closer to my fundraising target. Thank you for the support!
