6 km in this morning. Gonna try to get out with some kiddos this evening.

Its been a personal busy couple of days, but I'm getting back on track this week.

Kids came with me for a short walk on the boardwalk. 3 km in.

Nice long walk up the boardwalk and back and up around town. 16 km today! Its much nicer to walk outside rather than indoors.

Day 11 was a rest day.

Today I was accompanied by Alaina, Julia and Jack to the track and got in 6 km.  I got a little team!

10.5 km in today. Walked uptown and back, to and in the CUP and home.

Day 5 and 6 were too busy with Easter Holidays as well as continued bad weather.

Day 7, today, got in 6 km walking around the neighborhood, up to the walking track at the CUP and back home. The sun was nice but the breeze was cool. Thursday and Friday look like great days for weather!
I may try to get out again later to catch up, I am behind but I'm not worried about my goal.

Day 3 was skipped due to poor weather conditions. 
Day 4, went to the gym and used the treadmill, walked 10 km in 1 hour 38 minutes.

Got a partial walk in at the CUP, but duty calls for family.  6km in.

Jack joined me today as there was no school and walked just about the same amount. 

Health over goal

Friday 27th Mar
My goal is 180 km for the month of April. I will try and stretch for 200km.

I've got compressed nerves and tendon issues in both arms. It could be radiating fom the neck or shoulders. I have been off work for 10 months and dont know when I'll be back. I set a large goal, but I'm home anyways. My arms don't work well but my legs do. Though, walking with my arms swinging aggravates my elbows. I will do what I can but will listen to my body over my goal!

I do walk 3 days a week, so I am not starting from scratch!
