We're walking for Heart and Stroke!

Heart disease and stroke aren’t just statistics to us—they’re personal. They’ve touched our family and people we love in ways that have changed us, challenged us, and reminded us how fragile health can be.

This fundraiser started with my mom. Her wanting to give back, to contribute to something bigger, and to help create change. I’m proud to stand alongside her in that. Together, we’re supporting the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada to fund life-saving research and support those affected.
