Why I’m Walking For Heart & Stroke this April
I lost my Dad to heart disease a couple months ago ago. He had heart issues for most of my life but nothing prepares you for the shock of seeing him at Christmas/New Years running around chasing my boys and saying good-bye three weeks later.ÂMy Achievements

Quick Update on my walk for Heart & Stroke
Friday 3rd AprWell this isn’t the kick off I was hoping for. I was ready to kick things off earlier this week… and then bronchitis had other plans.
So I’ve had to take a more than a couple days to rest and reset—but I’ll be starting as soon as I’m back on my feet and still walking through out April in honour of my Dad.
Not the start I pictured, but the reason behind this hasn’t changed.Â
Thank you again for all the support! It truly means a lot ❤️
