Day 24

Tuesday 24th Feb
Today I finally completed my last official 3 km activity. I enjoyed all the 3-6 km walks while working towards the goal of 50 KMa in February. Had lots  of time to think about heart health, healthy living; family, todo lists, pickleball, playlists, and what to have for lunch?! 🤪 Doh! And Team Canada hockey!!

Day 1

Sunday 1st Feb
Started my 50 km challenge today albeit on the treadmill. Hoping to take advantage of better weather to walk/run the 6 km Rocky Point Loop as many times needed in weeks ahead.
