My 90K Heart & Stroke Journey
Thursday 10th Sep Last October, a carotid artery dissection led to a stroke that changed everything. I went from managing projects, designing spaces, and moving confidently through life to learning how to trust my own body again.Recovery taught me patience. Walking became my anchor steady, quiet, and honest. Every kilometre reminded me that healing is built through consistency, not speed. I joined the 90K Heart & Stroke Challenge to honour that journey.Thank you to my Donors
