This September I'm walking and fundraising for Heart & Stroke, and I can’t do it alone.

I had a stroke in April and it was the lowest I had ever been. I was so angry at the world that I wasn't able to do what my body normally could. I was scared I would never fully feel like myself again. Until it happened to me, I didn't think much of it or how it affects people.
