I am dedicating this July Swimming Challenge to the memory of my beloved mother and my dear brother, Spiros. Their love, strength, and memory will always remain with me and continue to inspire me every day.

For the past six years, I have participated in challenges supporting children fighting cancer. This year, I wanted to take on a new challenge and support Heart & Stroke, helping to fund vital research and provide support to families across Canada.
