Hi everyone,

Hope you’re enjoying the slower pace of September. Wanted to share an update on my progress.

As most of you know, I have joined this cause on behalf of my sister Anna. Unfortunately since December 2024, she has suffered 3 strokes, this last one leaving her quite fragile.

Since September 1st, I have clocked a total of 86 Kms which is very close to my goal of 90 kms for the month.

Because I walk most days, I knew that this challenge would be one that I could achieve we’ve with my own health issues.

I want to thank my ( VERY) generous donors and encourage everyone to participate and if you can’t donate, do get out yourself for a walk. It will just make you feel better.

Thanks for hanging in there with me.
