My dad

Saturday 18th Apr

My dad passed in 2008 of a cardiac arrest. He always had to be careful with stress and food. I’ve watched him have strokes and had to rush him to emergency which really scared me. He was my life. I was not around when he passed but getting the phone call will always haunt me. Knowledge of strokes and cardiac arrest are extremely important. My run and supporting Heart and Stroke is for my dad and all those that have lost someone to a heart condition.
