I will be undertaking a 90-kilometer walk during the month of September to raise funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. This initiative also aims to enhance awareness regarding the signs and symptoms of heart attacks and strokes. Furthermore, this cause is deeply personal to me, as many individuals close to me have been affected by one of these conditions. If you wish to donate for a great cause, the link is provided below.  Some of you may just want to join me and this incentive to move more often. 🚶‍♀️In memory of Bernard and Alvera Huculak, Auntie Mavis,  and Sheila Thirsk (a special person in my upbringing)  Also, walking for Arlene Lois Martin, another very special lady. ❤️  Many others as well.
