Heart Matters

Saturday 31st Jan
February is Heart Month. I will be particapating in the 50km Heart & Stroke Walk to raise money & awareness.  Please consider supporting me to raise money for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. 
This is a cause that is very near and dear to my heart. 
My partner had an unexpected Heart Attack back in late November 2025.  She is doing well & on the road to recovery. Thankfully , the ongoing care she has received from the day of the event, hospital recovery time & cardiac rehabilitation has been nothing short of amazing. I am greatful for the staff, top of the line facilities and equiptment that have been critical to minimizing the damage to her heart. The Rehabilitation team has help her build back her strength & confidance.
