This September, I’m pledging to walk 90 km and raise $3,500 for the Heart & Stroke Foundation, in loving memory of my mom, Helen, who passed away suddenly from a heart attack.

I’m taking these 90 km one step at a time in her honour, while helping support research, awareness, and families affected by heart disease and stroke.
