Final hike a day late due to weather. 19 km hike in Gros Morne mountain hike. Longest hike I ever did and by far the hardest but now I can say I did it. 92 km done hiking in the month of June plus one day.

7 km today, 22 km done.

Thirteen years ago, during the birth of Jaxson, my daughter Martina learned she had a heart condition. Since then, she has faced many challenges — hospital stays, difficult days, and frightening moments — all with incredible strength and courage. Through every step of this journey, we have been deeply grateful for the doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams who have cared for and supported her over the years.

This June, I will be walking and hiking 100 km to raise money for Heart & Stroke in honour of Martina — to celebrate her resilience, the love of family, and the lifesaving work that continues to bring hope to so many families like ours.

Every kilometre will be walked with gratitude, love, and the hope that continued research and support will help others facing similar battles. Thank you to everyone who encourages, supports, and donates to this important cause.
