🌟 5K en mémoire de mon père 🌟

Depuis mon plus jeune âge, mon père m'a toujours encouragée à être active. Il m'a accompagnée dans toutes les disciplines que j'ai pratiquées et a été présent pour m'encourager lors de chacun de mes événements sportifs. 

Comme mon père nous a quittés en février dernier suite à un infarctus, je relève ce défi en sa mémoire, tout en amassant des fonds pour la Fondation des maladies du cœur et de l'AVC du Canada. La nage a toujours occupé une place importante dans ma vie; je ne pouvais imaginer une plus belle façon de lui rendre hommage.

Être en santé est l'un des plus grands privilèges que nous puissions avoir. Profitons-en pour bouger, prendre soin de nous et soutenir une cause qui touche tant de familles.

Merci du fond du cœur de m'encourager dans cette aventure. Chaque geste, compte et me motive à nager un peu plus loin ;) ❤️

From a very young age, my dad always encouraged me to stay active. He supported me in every sport I pursued and was there to cheer me on at every competition.

After losing my dad to a heart attack this past February, I'm taking on this swimming challenge in his memory while raising funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. Swimming has always been a big part of my life, and I can't think of a more meaningful way to honour him.

Good health is one of the greatest gifts we can have. Let's make the most of it by staying active, taking care of ourselves, and supporting a cause that touches so many families.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me on this journey. Every contribution and every word of encouragement means so much and inspires me to swim a little farther. ❤️
