Supporting prevention and education initiatives for Heart and Stoke

I am challenging myself in the September 90km walk with Heart and Stroke.

I have a family history of both Cardiovascular issues and stroke!. This is very personal for me and my family as our mom passed away after having many unknown mini strokes, followed by a massive stoke in which she passed!

I want to support this initiative to help fund initiatives , education and support prevention.
