Why this is important to me

As some of you may know, 5 years ago I lost a very close friend from a heart attack. Last year I lost my cousin Tim the same way. My brother also had a stroke and thankfully he has made an amazing recovery! There are also 3 others close to me who have had heart attacks and still in recovery. So when I saw this pop up on my facebook page, I knew I wanted to do something, not only for a great cause but to give my health a boost too!
