Why not! I’m not a very physically active person and I could certainly use to improve on that.

I have way to many family members and friends who have been impacted by heart and stroke conditions. Some are unfortunately no longer with us and some are living with these health problems every single day. . I am walking to honor all of those I hold dear and also to remember to look after myself.
